Plot summary

The movie follows Anand (Abhay Deol), a land mafia agent in Delhi who acquires properties illegally with his gang. One day, he witnesses an accident where a girl named Siddhi (Patralekhaa) is lying on the road bleeding. He tries to save her but she dies in front of him. He becomes disturbed by her death and starts seeing her ghost in his apartment. He realizes that she loves him and does not harm him or his friends. He also develops feelings for her and decides to find out who caused the accident. However, he discovers that he was the one who hit her from behind. He confesses this to Siddhi's father (Rajesh Sharma), who keeps her corpse in a freezer. Siddhi's ghost comes out of the freezer and tells Anand that she forgives him and asks him to let her go so that she can reincarnate. She hugs him and leaves.
